Uni-Pixel Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
THE WOODLANDS, Texas — April 17, 2013 — Uni-Pixel, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNXL), a provider of Performance Engineered Films to the touch screen, flexible printed electronics, lighting and display markets, today announced a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock. Uni-Pixel intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The intended offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
