An inaccurate report referencing conversations with an Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M") employee was posted on April 18, 2013 by a stock commentary website, known as Citron Research, regarding a manufacturing and supply agreement (the "Agreement") between the Eastman Kodak Company ("Kodak") and UniPixel, Inc.
No employee at A&M has made any of the assertions or statements attributed to A&M in the report. Kodak and UniPixel announced the Agreement in a joint press release by both parties on April 16, 2013. A&M is unaware of any inaccuracies in this April 16(th) announcement, nor is A&M aware of any transfer of ownership in UniPixel or UniBoss to Kodak in connection with the Agreement.
