Don't think I have ever seen such a high number!

I have a friend who works for a major brokerage firm and all he does is short stocks for his clients. He is the manager of a team consisting of him and 3 others.

The minimum buy in to open an acct is $50K.

His teams goal is a 35% return per year. Last year they reached 27%.

He is salary plus bonuses based on the teams performance.

Last year he made $237K.

Just shows you how lucrative shorting is.

No, I will not open an acct.
