First is this is very negative and indicative of a failure to come through with the goal dates that were set forth re production etc

Second could be positive in that reed does not have the manufacturing background to fully ramp up the company but if positive and company is moving foward why would Reed jump ship knowing all the positves coming . This simply does not add up IMO
