The annual shareholders meeting is sheduled for May 12th. They usually release earnings right at the close, going into the call.

seeking alpha usually has a transcript available to review the call in more detail, as much as I do not like s/a for their allowing of biased fud to be passed off as reporting, I have found this handy for review.
