No, but in the short term we are fighting any selling by Hudson Bay of their shares that they received as payment, at a discount to the market. So with them possibly "dumping" and the shorts faced with covering by buying, things remain stagnant.

However, the current price point together with the bullish news that just surfaced, and the pending news lurking, we should see some larger positions being taken. When institutions step back in, and the microcap funds focus, we should see some significant upside movement.

How long should it take? No way of knowing but I believe 2016 will put us in new 52 week territory.
