Does anyone really know how this effects us? More shares=dilution? If issuing more shares that have an option to buy another share, why shouldn't the current share holders get the same option for the shares we currently own? Not an expert on these things, but does not seem real positive on the surface. Remember they borrowed an additional $500k just a few weeks ago. Big volume and up very nice today, then right back down after hours? DABOSS?
