(NASDAQ: UNXL), today announced the closing on November 30, 2015 of its previously announced public offering of the sale of 9,625,871 units ("Units") at a public offering price of $0.85 per Unit in a public offering resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of $8.1 million (the "Offering"). Each Unit consists of one share of UniPixel common stock, par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock") and one warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $1.50 per share, exercisable for a period of five years from November 30, 2015.
