For the last three months the share price is on a tear to the upside and so has been the volume--"the market" thinks that you are not correct. This new regime has always under promised and over delivered, unlike their predecessors, and Hawthorne et al have since put that chapter behind with a relatively benign fine. They are signing contracts and using the word "clamoring" on their FB page to describe the interest level of prospective clients. So, for you to be correct this whole thing would have to be a complete fraud. I do not believe that is the case. As I recall, you were pretty vocal with your displeasure when the stock was going down and was trying to find a bottom. Now, things seem to be very much headed in the right direction and you are you are once again attempting to find fault--c'mon man.
