Indeed, unexpected, but I'd rather them be fat cash going into any expansion scenario with GIS, or the ramp, for that matter.

Don't need their hands tied and unable to meet demand for growing orders backlog.

Who knows what GIS just presented them in this deal.  Worst case is the deal fell through, but then the ramp remains intact, based on the 28 deals already in place.

We shall see.  I have to trust management at this point, given their performance over the past 18 months.
