The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

They are not disclosing the number of shares or the price--that is a concern.  Subject to market conditions?  Before when they announced they were offering additional shares and warrants they announced the price and amount.  The company sure seems to be doing well, but I do not like this move on its surface--we'll see.
