I believe that given what seems to be blatant manipulation of this stk. Also this gis deal is not a good deal. Someone wants to get this Co. While it is cheap & vulnerable. Hawthorne is smarter than that ( I hope ). My only concern now is, can they survive long enough until they can  jettison these parasites by turning a profit.
