I heard they may expand elsewhere as well and the President stated their investment may be more in the $30 B range versus the $10B initially announced.

With UNXL now planning on doing the manufacturing for the flexible products, it would make sense to see a capital investment in the Colorado manufacturing facility or some other sort of expansion.  jmho
