There were three sections of time where those with warrants could exercise them,  the second one just closed and the final one is open now and will close I believe about Sept. 16.  It could have been an open market transaction, or part of the warrant exercise.  The lowest price possible to pay for the warrants is 35 cents.  Some of the people with warrants are those that bought common stock at earlier cash raises and some of them paid 70 cents, 85 cents, and 1.00.  So if they exercised the warrants they are in the stock for between 1.05, 1.20, and 1.35, roughly.  Sometime after Sept. 16 the company will know how much cash was generated from the warrant sale.  Around the same time IF the Future Tech deal gets signed that would add $2M and would indicate future income steams albiet sometime next year.  I am hoping that the new coating machine which will have been in operation for this whole quarter suffieiently increases production and thus income.  Unxl agreed to stand down as far as signing any other new partnership deals until the Sept. 15, I believe, as a way to say to Future Tech this thing cannot be dragged out.  Last half of Sept., very important and earnings call mid November also very important.
