Don-wys, thanks for chiming in. One thing for sure is that we don't know how accurate the info is out of Japan. You're right about that. Hence, why legging in over a long period of time would help mitigate any further downside for those that want to take on the risk.
Agreed that you don't leg in with the milk money. If one thinks a disaster will be averted, this is an incredible buying opportunity. To this end, an excerpt from today's ZeroHedge article:
