I tend to invest very long term, and am not a technical trader. I can agree that short term (next 6 months to a year), prices of shares will suffer. The really telling stats will be Uxco/Tradetech prices over the next 6 months. Uranium yellowcake prices themselves may not come down much. Uranium power plants won't just vanish overnight, because we don't have a viable replacement. It would take a decade, and massive reinvestment, to create the capacity of nuclear reactors in natural gas generation. And I very much doubt it will happen. In the meantime, the nuclear plants of the world will continue to buy uranium. I don't think the Chinese government (and other governments) will stop building all of the new reactors of the world. They'll just downplay the issue and wait for the winds to stop blowing. And, like I said, hopefully design better reactors for the future.
