March 2/2012 vs April 16...The "Agreement" vs the "Arangement Agreement"

Anyone still left here ?

If so,notice the changing of the terms from the original takeover news on March 2 to the news April 16.

They`ve made a slight change in their terminology,which is all it takes to change the original March 2 news release.

First it was called the "Agreement",which stated right there in black and white that we`d be getting .15 per URSA share.

Now,in this April 16 news release,the name has been changed from the one word "Agreement"to the two words "Arrangement Agreement" and no mention of share worth.

It`s a new "agreement". Anyone expecting the original guaranteed .15 should do a little DD.I`ve been TRYING to get either company on the phone and can`t anymore.Just to ask that one question.And i`m going to KEEP trying

It defies all logic though.IF they stick to the original share price,why wouldn`t we load up at.11-.12 right now ? Why aren`t the sharks loading up right now ?

Don`t go spending that .15 per share just yet
