I agree with geogirl, you pegged this one very accurately based on you analysis of the houses finishing their selling as evidence by the evaporating icebergs. Great Call!!

0.47 cents was a steal for a chance to average down my core position considerably!!

If the 80 m of NSS are spectacular, with this turnaround - I do agree with you that we can jump significantly higher in a short time.
