You have outlined all the positives as I see them currently. I believe that is key in distinguishing the exceptional risk profile at this point. There is one point we need to clarify.
You have referred to a "dispute" with HBM over the boundary of the two optioned claim blocks. Not wanting to mince words, because my knowledge is limited to what is available on the net, is it a dispute or simply that there is an agreed boundary that runs through the mineralized zone ?. (My $500 gps gets me within a few feet of a very non-descript fishing spot, so knowing nothing about claim staking, I would assume the line could be drawn quite quickly through the Corebox 3D on the VMS site.) I am wondering in that case if management needs to be asked to clarify if there is an issue with the Corebox 3d that needs to be elaborated on at that site, by means of a dotted line etc. The tool is exceptional, and could certainly be used to point out the proximity of any uncertainty. Is it perhaps a small portion of the zone might be on the HBM option.
