A catalyst this week was Victory pushing back on the HD deal for control of INI. People are starting to take note that if the deals are too skinny, they attract competition. This will have major positive implications over the next few weeks for VMS (as well INI and NI and other undervalued juniors). As it becomes apparent the fear factor is attracting lowball bids, not only will junior liquidity take off, but it will have a multiplier affect on investors having flex to take on more of the bulletproof spec plays . As long as management does not do a cheapo placement, we should go up from here w/o/w. If management perchance does a cheapo placement, which I doubt, a lot of wise folks will ramp up their positions in tandem. The street will not catch on until the m&a guys start to pester the brokers for more stock.
