Amazing article... puts my entire portfolio into perspective and makes me smile thinking about tomorrow.
If you dont mind I am going to share it with my other junior miner that is in the envious position of VMS of having cash in the kitty.
Good night guys!
All I know is , I hope this independent resource estimate comes out on a day when the Venture and the TSX are positive.
I did some digging on Junior Miners that released indp. resource estimates on their projects prior to relasing NI-43-10's and found an interesting trend - they all went up signficanty within 6-8 months.
ex NDM - Northern Dynasty's - Pebble copper-gold-molybdenum mineral project in Alaska on March 28th 2003 @ 0.68 cents
March 31st an independent consultant releases their resource estimate on the project.
The stock climbed signficantly in the coming months as I am sure people were excited about the massive/multiple resources all found within one property. Now I know NDM is a crazy big project, but VMS is shaping up to be no slouch either.
12-14 months later the company has feasbility and preliminary assessments done on the deposits. I personally don't think VMS will reach that phase as it will be simply too good to pass up from the producers looking to add tonnage to their pipelines.
This resource estimate that is rumored to be in the works is a BIG thing for this company and I hope the grumblings are true.
Hypothetically, could HBM enlist one of their geological conusulants to run a resource estimate. The other exploration co. that I am heavily involved with has done this sort of thing by signing confidentiallty agreements with 7-8 mid/majors to release geolocial data on their gold projects. I would think the same would be true for VMS and its relatively well financed neighbour.
G'Night!
