Too many Americans have resorted to cashing in their investments and going to cash... this has caused almost all currencies to be devalued against the US dollar.. The result is that The US is geting a discount on commodity prices... so is China... This will result in renewed production profits.

The producers of raw materials have been sheltered in that their export products coast are in their own currency... IE cnd oil is fetching 65/ .78= $83 cnd

Australia has seen some of the greatest currency revalueation...

The crunch will come to the producers when the currencies start to rebound.. That will happen when Americans figure out that this is perhaps the best oportunity they will ever get to purchase foreign investments at a huge discount.

Many Canadian resource stocks are trading at less than cash in the bank... For Americans to invest in Cnd companies will get them $1.30 in value for every dollar invested... When the flood waters start to settle out this will start happening and the rebound in the TSE will begin.... The problem right fund liquidation is higher than new cash coming into the market.

The pundits keep chirping the security of the US dollar... But I think it is a zit that is ready to pop.
