Jaguar is a shareholder and is very upset with the Lundin deal. They are proposing this ensure that shareholders do not get screwed. We need more companies like JFC that look out for the littel guy's interests. I think its a real unique deal to see a takeover bid basically use the company's own money. HBM is a CASH rich company and this deal for LUN basically devalues the company. After acquiring LUN, the Mrkt cap should go up not down. Very topsy turvy times.
