I agree with your assesment on the rise in the price of copper and no corresponding rise in SP.

It appears that the market is now waiting to see what direction VMS is going to pursue. There is more interest in copper as the 'bell weather' of the economy and this should generate interest in the short term.

I think something that might be in the favour of VMS is that the board change at HBM might make them deperate to get something moving. The board was replaced because people thought that the Lundin deal was bad for HBM, but look at Lundin now and they have tripled their SP since the deal fell through.

This has got to make a strong case for the 'we were doing fine' crowd and will now put pressure on the board to steer the ship somewhere.

It may have already happened, now we just have to wait!!
