No doubt, VMS is in the sole business of adding value by exploration/drilling, and in that they have done an outstanding job. However, the other side of the coin is to maximize value for ALL the shareholders, and that can only be done if management is spending as much effort on strategic partnering as it is on the physical development. You would be naive to think that HBM is not five steps ahead of all other shareholders in its knowledge, including that which may be used against us through one-sided confidentiality agreements. Management needs to remain completely clean with the folks who got them there as to the nature of relationship developments , as well as to pursue agressively relationships outside the control of HBM. There is likely a lot at this point we are not being told , and only management can keep the playing field level.
