Good Post Danny: It's months since I posted here, and my last was about Mark and Co getting way too close to Hudbay, IMHO thinking HBM could/would do great things for VMS. It looks like some lesson has been learned here, summarily HBM is not our father. (More like mother wolf disguised as Grandma ?). Meanwhile I cashed in a pile on FWR and avoided the mayhem that is NOT. The Boards do great things for those who pay attention and can apply common sense to the obvious. I've held onto much of my VMS, and your assessment is essentially the same as mine. The exploration and operational teams are both honest and exceptional, but if we do expand the mineralized finds significantly, Mark will be forced to look seriously for money/support away from HBM. Ideally, that happens, and we are able to remove the presumed benefits from/dependency on HBM. Look at the transparency of CLF's dealings with FWR and now with FPX and you will see the model of what to look for in a strategic partner. Regardless, it is tough to find any development partner today unless the resource is both spectacular and long term unique in some way. A bit of gold or PGM in them thar hills would be a great equalizer because we will need to raise money at some point.
