VMS Ventures Inc. announced in its March 4, 2010, news release that it had entered into a non-binding letter of intent with a subsidiary of HudBay Minerals Inc

The March 4, 2010, press release contemplated that definitive agreements would be completed by May 31, 2010. That target was missed.

VMS anticipates that definitive agreements will be completed before June 18, 2010.

March 4 to June 18. Reasonable? Perhaps with timely updates!
