Financing comparison

I noticed this morning Sprott securities did financing with treasury metals TML who have a gold exploration play near Dryden Ont. and like VMS is very promising.

What caught my eye was that financing (with no wts.) was done with the typical 15/17% premium.

VMS financing with Sprott was with a 56% premium. Huh. Cheers.
