Glenn Pountney of Newmarket, Ont., has filed an early warning report dated Nov. 6, 2013, advising of his holdings in VMS Ventures Inc.

Mr. Pountney purchased 68,500 common shares of VMS through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of 21 cents per common shares. These common shares represent 0.05 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of VMS. Following the acquisition, Mr. Pountney has indirect beneficial ownership and control of 13,056,500 common shares of VMS, representing 10.06 per cent of the then issued and outstanding shares of VMS.

Mr. Pountney acquired the securities for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of VMS in the future.
