The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement for Valdor Technology International Inc. announced Sept. 12, 2012:

Number of shares: 13,836,000 shares

Purchase price: 10 cents per share

Warrants: 13,836,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 13,836,000 shares
