I too thought that they had a product with great potential when a brought some shares a few years ago. I was willing to give them time because breaking into the market especially when the customer needs to test to prove that the product works is not easy. After three years I was hoping that we would start to see some results if their product was going to gain a share of the market. I am starting to doubt my decision to hold on.

Now - How much longer will it take? Is the cycle even longer than I had hoped? Are large sales just around the corner? When is it time to move on? - are the questions that are top of mind. With ownership by insiders or employees still at 60% it does give you some reassurance that they they have not lost faith in their product.
