Ya this time around It will pass the last one was rejected mainly due to elections coming up soon and noone wants the responsibility of the bill going through because it is not sitting well with the american people. they think it's going to cost taxpayers that money but they don't realize that if it doesn't pass it will cost them an amount multiple of the 700 billion.
