In my opinion, this news is huge!!..and I purchased more based on this news..they are either ramping up for military use (i.e. the military testing that was conducted earlier was fruitful or Samsung is going to go mainstream with their product)..either way, VSPC is the razor blades as the CEO has often said..and the recurring revenue would be most welcomed at this time!!
