Hey aurony, perhaps you missed the discussion we had about this back on Nov 2nd led by orfeos?

so far just passed legislation in the House of representatives, it would have to pass the senate, which they say will probably not happen, and the white house has apparently stated it will veto this also.

reading the material it states PUBLIC land is what would be affected. As far as i know we are not on public land but someone please correct me if i am wrong.

therefore i think it is not a problem-

1- we are private land which means it does not include us

2- it still has to pass the senate and a potential veto from the white house.

on top of which harry Reid is a very powerful senator from Nevada and is opposed to this. he will bring heavy weight and lobbying behind it NOT passing in the senate. his father was even a hard rock miner. http://reid.senate.gov/about/biograp...
