I believe emergency action will be taken, thus avoiding a 1929 type crash, but the action taken will only provide a temporary relief.  Gold will ultimately be much higher IMO regardless of what action is taken. Fortunately I don't own ANY stocks outside of gold investments - which has pretty much been the case since 2003 with two exception - one of which I lost a small amount and another of which I did extremely well in after the last stock market crash.
