 Thanks for the comments.  My experience with IR is/was with GSS and BGO.   The former is a mid size producer whom's IR person is very accessible and will readily respond to inquiries.  Bema also would always respond to e-mail inquiries.  Thus was not sure of VIT's IR's posture which apparently has chosen to play close to the vest.
