1. bema management is not coming back in, thats nuts valjone, not so sure where you are getting that idea

2. Clive Johnson has nothing to do with the company in any official capacity, period.

2. FYI, the .48 transactions are for 500 shares only and sold to and bought from the same brokerage, TD securities, someone just trying to squeak another few pennies out of the rest of the market then buying.
