Also confirmation of Kitco and U.S. Mint (Eagles) supply shortage. While physical demand from these sources (plus India off to an exceptionally strong fall season), the latest COT report (not mentioned in article) reflects a marked reduction in commercial short positions. Moreover, the latter reduction was as of last Tues. thus further covering probably occured in the latter portion of the week.
