hope you are doing fantastic....good to see you pop in.

you are probably the oldest holder of VIT there is here. cheers to that and i am sure you will be happy when it one day pays off.

i will be having a fun time researching the new company and the properties over the next weeks.

looks awesome with the 1 mil 43-101 already booked....you know raul will find more going deeper probably.
