could not agree with you more.....price targets even on more easily defined or predicted large companies seem somewhat arbitrary. for a complete wild woman like a junior explorer? forget about it. same with charts. how can one postulate and chart so many unknowns in a company like Victoria? hence why i am here long term as the fundamentals and all the key components(land, geos, board) point to great leverage and potential.
