Here is the latest update regarding Victoria Gold and Gateway Gold merger as well drilling activity at Cove McCoy and Hilltop:

Tom,

The Gateway merger is on budget and on schedule.

The definitive agreement is scheduled for approx Sept 22. That's just legal work. The most important date is the GTQ shareholder vote which should be in early November

We haven't finished NW-9 yet and we are awaiting assays from Hilltop at last check (yesterday)
