Correspondence with Chad indicate to me that an expected press release will not include assay results. More than likely it will be confined to budget and drilling plans for 2009. Timing the press release with an improvement in market sentiment for the precious metals sectors will try to be achieved. Personally, I believe it would be advantageous to delay any press release for a week or two after the US elections to see which way the financial winds are blowing. The obvious point here is that positive press release will attract a lot more bids for VIT in a rising market than the type of markets we have seen in the precious metals market over the past few months. If Chad gets the timing right, we should have three press releases over the next few weeks that could have a positive impact on VIT's stock price. Upcoming press releases are likely to include the following: budget and drilling plans for 2009; assay results from hole 12 at CoveMcCoy - accompanied with an update on current drilling activity; and thirdly, an announcement that stockholders have approved the merger agreement in late November.

Bottom line is that there will be quite a bit of news for VIT investors to digest in the coming month or two. IMO, not too long after the election, we will see a topping out in the dollar and a resumption in the up-move in gold. Good news on VIT during this time-frame should be well received by VIT shareholders.
