Yo Norge, nice post, some valid points. everyone here has their own comfort level of what may happen and yes it is speculation just like finding gold is speculating. i and we are speculating on the drill results, the people in the company, what they say etc. i still like my odds very much in the long term and short term as it looks like they are building.

i don't think we will be building a tunnel like kids playing in a back yard, we do have the resources and talent base to do things well as you point out. To further, John McConnell is hardcore about safety issues as a matter of fact. guy knows his OSHA i hear and makes everyone stick to each last detail on it. chad is also a mining engineer (talented analyst too) and will be put to good use if we do the tunnel one day.

they will be smart enough to not spend our last dime. they know the tide will turn and will be shrewd in this amazing unforeseen downturn. they will keep at the safe pace of drilling we are at and continue to seek out other acquisitions. i cannot even begin to imagine the amount of bargain basement opportunities that they see out there in companies that almost made it to the finish line with prov en or near prov en resources but are on their last gasp. i will be glad to add them for a small outlay of shares.

couch, if you think gateway is too much on the plate you might not want to see another company added to the list but following them for the last year you have to have seen or heard them talk about their desire to heavily look at M & A? gateway is not the last one.
