I sent this to Chad regarding insiders buying their own stock:
Hi Chad,
I believe that investors would take notice if they were to see that corporate insiders were buying their own stock. You will note that many corporate insiders are now buying their own junior gold stocks, but there is no evidence that is happening with your own corporate management. If the outlook for VIT is truly the best it has ever been why haven't we seen some buying by management? I know that there are certain times when you have pending news releases that precludes from buying your own stock, but surely we don't have pending news announcements 100% of the time. For investors to take notice, all we would have to see is a series of consistent purchase - and I believe that these purchases could be relatively small in size to have the desired effect.
By the way, is management participating in the private placement?
