no matter what the decision is on Cortez hills it will not affect mill canyon as they can't claim it is a special site.

read further on the Cortez hills battle with this Indian tribe. they are a very small sub sect and the huge majority of other Shoshone's has already said it was "a" okay.....it is a money play by this small group in my opinion and not about protecting their land. it did not pop up on the radar until Barrick starting spending big money here and all of a sudden, Caa Ching goes the cash register of the lawyer and Indians.
