with all due respect, could it be possible that you are a minority shareholder. i have no information about SGV other than the smattering i picked up yesterday. noticed especially Williams' comment how in his analyst days he'd walked the Viceroy properties extensively, so he knows the SGV & adjacent kinross areas.

who are the majority SGV shareholders. my guess is that they are solidly pro this deal, which usually means that minority shareholders have no realistic chance to oppose.
