Is it possible that a large portion of the volume over the past two days is attributable to warrant holders selling some of their stock to raise capital so they can exercise their stock options at .25C. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised that some of the investors who participated in the December PP with attached warrants needed to raise cash to exercise their warrants (a contributing factors has been the overall decline in all equity prices over the pa 6 to 12 month. - and to raise that cash, some investors who owned those warrants had to sell some of their VIT's stock to raise the cash needed to exercise their warrants. IMO, there has certainly been some selling in VIT's stock to meet cash needs to exercise their warrants. Fortunately there have been a multitude of buy orders in the open market for VIT to absorb the supply of stock being offered to raise cash to exercise their options. IMO, the volume of selling to raise cash to exercise their warrants has been a significant factor in muting the reaction of VIT to the positive drilling news and the fact that VIT will now have an additional 2 million + in the till to finance the development of their current drilling prospect.
