" so sez the folks in the office. VIT office also sez Kinross % has grown to 28%."

if anything i try to be about accuracy when the facts are there and if it is my opinion i try to make it clear......

who in the VIT office said it was 28%? because the number is 23% according to chad and Marty ( as of this weekend conversations)

as for the other points, i am just jabbering with ya back and forth on differing opinions.

i just don't think that kinross would bother financing up to the 90% level or even close. if they wanted to try and take us out they would finance up to some appropriate level and with other sympathetic shares to take the vote out.

and can the share price go up with 2 billion shares outstanding? yes i guess. i expect the gold market, mining shares and everything else related to enter some maniac phase one day where all logical sense is out the window and people pay silly high prices for things.

BUT i was saying that i think the level of 180 million shares may prevent some people from getting in. some don't mind, others do.

and who knows what goes on behind the scenes, just as gateway and strata were complete surprises, there may be Jv's in the works, selling a property or two, new kinross dealings etc. Most of the mysterious chances with VIT seem to have good potential instead of something scary or bad. So each day we could see share price changing stuff.

my personal desire is to see VIT

- be careful with the money

- be an exploration company.......drill as much as is possible yet not spend us under water and into danger

- move toward production, hence making profit and funding huge drilling on many more properties cause we certainly know we have TONS of stuff to drill.

- keep share dilution down

- keep open lines of communication with investors so we know what is going on

those are my hopes for VIT moving forward.
