Time Line Events for Eagle/Cove & Drilling Activities

posted on Oct 07, 2009 10:19AM

Listed below are questions that I asked Chad Williams regarding a timeline of events for our Eagle and Cove property, as well as planed drilling activities:

1. Assuming you complete your pre-feasibility study at our Eagle Property by
year-end, what will be your course of actions from that point forward?
Specifically, what are we looking at as a potential day where we will
actually be in a position to be in production? Don't we have to complete an
actual feasibility study before making a decision on production? If so, when
would you anticipate completing that study? How would we
finance Eagle to a
production phase? How much additional capital would VIT have to generate
just to bring the Eagle project to production. I am sure many individual
have asked you similar questions so your answered shouldn't be deemed as
insider information. Please do the best you can legally to give me a heads
up on the timeline for our Eagle project. If you can't be specific, then
give me a hypothetical analysis of how long other companies have taken to
actually get in to production from a spot in time as to where we are in the
developmental stage with our Eagle Project.

Tom

*** A full feasibility study will likely be needed prior to deciding on
whether to go ahead with the construction of the Eagle Gold Project. Our
preliminary timeline on Eagle is as follows:

2009 - pre feas complete
2010 - feasibility, regulatory, project proposal
2011 - permitting process complete
2012-2013 construction
2014 production

(we hope to beat this schedule by the way)

Financing eagle through to production
1) potential cash flow from production at Cove
2) potential monetization of other Victoria
assets
3) various debt instruments which would allow us to finance without equity
4) equity

Now for Cove: Assuming in November that a NI 43 -101 compliant resource has
been identified at Cove and the engineer studies indicate that it is a go to
build an adit and eventually build an adit - then what would your time line
to production possible look like at Cove? I am assuming that it would take
at least 6 months from Nov 2009 to obtain permits for a Cove Adit and
underground drilling - that would take us at least until May before we could
actually begin production to the adit - further assuming it would take 2
months to build an adit -- that said, do you actually expect drilling to re
commence in July 2010 - and perhaps drilling results from that property
likely to follow a couple of months later? So if I am on target, and VIT
achieves its approval for the adit and additional drilling, we could see
positive cash flow before year end at Cove? These are all hypothetical
questions, but questions that
investors would like to have answers to.

*** Our current Cove timeline is:

2009- scoping study, permitting
2010 - end of permitting, possibly start of construction and mining

We are working on 2010 budgets right now and will release prior to year end
(hopefully) which projects we will be drilling in 2010

Chad
