VIT exploring for rare earth elements

It appears that Victoria has been identified as a company exploring for rare earth elements. Check sidebar.

I know the Dinesletter has been harping on Rare Earth elements over the last year and some stocks have moved because of the Dines effect, but as far as I know, Dines has not identified VIT as a player in that area. Doesn't mean he won't in the future.
